Job Description
- Responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for various job openings
- Assist in coordinating and conducting employee onboarding and training programs
- Manage and update employee records and HR databases
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues
- Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Conduct performance evaluation and feedback sessions with employees
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices
- Work closely with management to address any HR-related concerns or issues
