Refund & Cancellation

The terms enlisted here, in conjunction with Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, summarises the refund and cancellation policies of Erekrut.

  • Details regarding the subscriptions or plans are available on the website/app at the time of purchase.
  • If the user purchases a subscription / plan, the user acknowledges and agree the subscription / plan will not automatically renew and EREKRUT will not charge on a recurring basis until the subscription plan is purchased again. Not using the subscription / plan does not cancel it and the user will not be able to claim any refund for the subscription / plan payment on EREKRUT.
  • There are no refund or credits for partial used billing cycles under the applicable plans. Amount for future prepaid used billing will not lead to a prorated refund of unused billing.
  • Following any cancellation, however, the user will continue to have access to the service through the end of the current billing period.
  • EREKRUT reserves its right to reject any insertion or information/data provided by the subscriber without assigning any reason either before uploading or after uploading the vacancy details. In such an eventuality, any amount so paid for, may be refunded to the subscriber on a pro-rata basis at the sole discretion of Erekrut.
  • Once the payment has been processed, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details of YOUR purchased service(s).

2. Mode of Payment

  • The user must ensure the correctness of all details before finally paying for the select service(s)/program(s) as EREKRUT or its associates will accept no responsibility and will not issue a refund.
  • Payment has to be made only using net banking, UPI, credit card, debit card, etc on the secured payment gateway provided by EREKRUT. No payment for subscription / plan shall be made in cash.
  • Erekrut, or any of its representatives, will never ask the user to make payment in cash or on any other website except com.
  • Erekrut shall not be liable for any transaction made outside com in any form.
  • Erekrut shall not cancel or change the select service(s)/program(s) once the transaction is completed.
  • In case of issues relating to payment process, the user may contact EREKRUT at support@erekrut.com
  • YOU must provide the correct information in order to make payments. YOU shall be responsible for the correctness of the information provided and shall not be indemnified if the information is wrongly entered whether intentional or unintentional
  • YOU must ensure the correctness of all details before finally paying for the select service(s)/program(s) as EREKRUT or its associates will accept no responsibility and will not issue a refund.

3. Billing Policies

  • Once the payment is processed, invoice will be provided to the user via electronic mail.
  • If the user has an unpaid or outstanding invoice or account balance for any services, EREKRUT reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s use as well, including but not limited to those services where the user does not have an unpaid invoice or account balance.
  • The user waives all claims relating to charges unless claimed within 30 days after the charge. This does not affect the users credit card issuer rights.
  • Any credit card and related billing and payment information that the user provide to Payment Gateway on EREKRUT are saved and stored by EREKRUT.
  • Erekrut may obtain updated payment information for credit and debit cards through payment card networks, card issuers or other third party sources.
  • Once the services is used or delivered, no refund or cancellation shall be entertained in any manner. However, we may review the nature of complaint, if any, and shall resolve to our best possible resources.

4. Cancellation

  • The user’s subscription will be cancelled by Erekrut upon breach of terms of use and privacy policy without any refund of payment.
  • If the user exercises his right to deactivate, there shall be no pro-rata refund of subscription / plan amount paid to EREKRUT.
  • If YOU experience problems with the payment process, YOU may contact us through the means available at our website. EREKRUT shall not cancel or change the select service(s)/program(s) once the transaction is completed.

5. Refund

  • Subject to terms of usage and privacy policy, the refund will be as per the sole discretion of EREKRUT.
  • Erekrut offers no guarantees whatsoever for the accuracy or timeliness of the refunds reaching the Customers card/bank accounts.
  • Erekrut gives no guarantees of server uptime or applications working properly. All is on a best effort basis and liability is limited to refund of amount paid on Erekrut only.
  • Erekrut undertakes no liability for free services.
  • Erekrut reserves its right to amend / alter or change all or any disclaimers or terms of agreements at any time without any prior notice.
  • All terms / disclaimers whether specifically mentioned or not shall be deemed to be included if any reference is made to them.

6. Disclaimer

  • The user undertakes and accept that the user shall not claim compensations for any financial losses or loss of time or any such other issues for delay in service(s) or non-functioning of the portal/website beyond what the user have paid for the particular issue.
  • The liability of Erekrut, it’s associates or its partners, shall not extend beyond the subscription / plan amount paid by the user for the services which the user could not avail because of any failure of EREKRUT services.
