Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and themes.
- Implement and manage plugins to enhance site functionality.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with WordPress sites.
- Maintain clear and open communication with clients and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure websites are secure and up-to-date with the latest WordPress updates and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 1-2 Years of WordPress Development Experience: Hands-on experience in building and managing WordPress sites.
- High Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript: Solid understanding of front-end technologies.
- Experience with WordPress Plugins and Themes: Knowledge of popular plugins, theme customization, and the WordPress ecosystem.
- Problem-Solving Attitude: Ability to troubleshoot issues and come up with creative solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on delivering high-quality, error-free work.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with PHP and MySQL.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Experience with SEO and website optimization techniques.
