Miracle Hub is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization of goods, and overseeing shipping and receiving processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, managing logistics, and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. The Warehouse Officer must have strong communication skills, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and be able to lift and move heavy objects. Prior experience in warehouse management or logistics is preferred. If you are a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for organization, we want to hear from you.

Job Description

- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries and stock replenishment
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Supervise the picking, packing, and shipping of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Monitor and enforce safety guidelines within the warehouse
- Perform regular stock audits and report discrepancies
- Assist with the implementation of new warehouse processes and systems
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
