RJ Solutions is seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for assisting with all warehouse operations, including packaging, labeling, and shipping of products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent organizational skills. Duties may also include inventory management, receiving shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse space. This position offers opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. Candidates with previous warehouse experience and a forklift certification are preferred. Job Description

- Assist in receiving, organizing, and maintaining inventory in the warehouse
- Prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Keep warehouse clean and organized to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with restocking and replenishing inventory as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Operate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Manager
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow
- Must be able to lift and move heavy items as required
