Job Description

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and managing relationships through virtual channels.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth within existing client base and develop strategies to drive revenue.
