- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients interested in travel services
- Provide information on various travel packages, accommodations, and destinations
- Communicate effectively with clients through phone, email, and online platforms
- Create personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget
- Coordinate bookings, reservations, and payments for clients
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and travel arrangements
- Stay up-to-date on current travel trends, deals, and destination information
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experiences
- Meet sales targets and revenue goals set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
