Dream HR Consulting is seeking a motivated US Call Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with clients in the United States via phone calls to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing US clients
- Understand and address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate leads for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to follow up with leads and provide support throughout the sales process
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Provide personalized and tailored recommendations to clients based on their unique needs and preferences
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide informed and knowledgeable customer service
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

Location–  Ashram Road,  Ahmedabad

Experience-  1 to 2 years, Fresher can apply

Qualification- 12th pass 

Salary- 15 to 25 k

Time- 6:30 PM to 4  AM
