Job Description
- Create user-centered design solutions that meet user needs and business requirements
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and ideate on design solutions
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
- Use design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite to create designs
- Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members
- Prioritize and manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers, interns, and other team members.
