- Develop and implement training programs for various industries and job roles
- Work closely with clients to understand their training needs and objectives
- Conduct training needs assessments and create customized training plans
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training programs align with company goals
- Manage training schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery
- Provide guidance and support to employees participating in training programs
- Track and report on training metrics and outcomes to measure success.
