Job Description

Three or more years of experience in the Hospitality industry or equivalent customer service environment for a large organization, providing exemplary customer service to individuals and organizations Ensure effective and on-going, on-the-job training of team members, evaluate, record individual and team performance, provide coaching and counseling and make appropriate developmental recommendations Learning and development - support all initiative of the Riyadh Administer training needs analysis for the office Prepare all communication and send course announcements Identify key areas for development Design and deliver behavioural learning solutions using a broad range of learning tools (classroom, self-directed learning ) Hungry to close deals and earn commissions Comfortable with selling training products and services over the telephone Self-motivated, driven with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and influential Excited about the challenge of growing BSI's Training business
