- Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transportation services
- Develop itineraries and ensure smooth operation of tours
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and concerns
- Monitor tour expenses and ensure profitability
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends and destinations
- Collaborate with sales team to promote and sell tour packages
- Handle booking and reservation processes
- Ensure compliance with all travel regulations and safety standards
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required
