Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of the tool room operations
- Responsible for maintaining and organizing tools, equipment, and spare parts
- Coordinate with production team to ensure tools are available and in good working condition
- Develop and implement tool maintenance schedules
- Inspect tools for wear and tear, and arrange for repairs or replacements
- Track inventory of tools and supplies, and order materials as needed
- Train and supervise tool room staff
- Enforce safety regulations and proper tool handling procedures
- Collaborate with engineering department on tool design and modifications
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and production schedules.
