- Process payments and ensure accurate documentation of transactions
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure bookings
- Maintain detailed records of all ticket sales and reservations
- Stay updated on the latest travel industry trends and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue goals
- Handle any ticketing issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance ticketing knowledge and skills.
