Job Description
- Oversee the production process of textiles and ensure a smooth flow of operations
- Monitor the quality of the textile production and implement necessary improvements
- Coordinate with shift supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders
- Conduct regular inspections of machines and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Train new employees on production processes and quality standards
- Implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce wastage in production
- Collaborate with the quality control team to address any issues and implement corrective actions
- Maintain production records and reports for analysis and improvement purposes
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure the company remains competitive and up-to-date in technology
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workplace policies to maintain a safe working environment
