Club Mahindra Holidays is seeking a motivated and dynamic Territory Manager to oversee sales and operations in a designated geographical area. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, managing and expanding key accounts, conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Previous experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred. This is a challenging and rewarding role for someone who is passionate about driving business results and providing exceptional customer service.
Job Description

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in assigned territory
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
- Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to promote Club Mahindra Holidays
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for increasing revenue
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Travel within the territory to meet with clients and attend industry events
- Stay updated on product knowledge and attend training sessions as needed
