Kevell Corp is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong sales aptitude. This role requires the ability to build rapport with customers, identify their needs, and close sales over the phone. Previous experience in telesales or customer service is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate. Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers
- Present and promote products/services over the phone
- Achieve sales targets and quotas
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Identify and qualify leads
- Update customer information in the database
- Follow up on leads and track progress
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work closely with the sales team
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
