ECHT Enterprises is seeking a motivated Telesales representative to join our sales team. The primary responsibilities of this role will include making outbound cold calls to potential customers, following up with leads, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and a strong sales drive. Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role with opportunities for commission-based earnings. Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote ECHT Enterprises products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to develop a loyal customer base
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals set by management
- Provide information to customers about product features, pricing, and promotions
- Record accurate and detailed notes of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in ECHT Enterprises products
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions
- Continuously improve telesales skills through training and coaching provided by management.
