As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers via telephone, and promoting our products or services to achieve sales targets. You will need to have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Your primary goal will be to close sales and increase revenue for the company. You will also be responsible for maintaining a database of leads and tracking sales progress. Previous sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable for this role.
Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales
- Meet or exceed weekly or monthly sales quotas
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activity in CRM system
- Collaborate with sales team to identify new leads and potential opportunities
- Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively sell to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or issues
- Work efficiently and effectively to maximize time spent on calls
- Adapt to changes in sales strategies or product offerings as needed

  • Must have min 6 months of telesales experience

Salary: upto 18K + Incentives
