Apogee Services is seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone. The Telesales Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as achieving sales targets set by the company. Strong communication skills and a persuasive nature are essential for this role. Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred, but not required. Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell Apogee Services’ products and services
- Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the management team
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Update customer information in the company database accurately
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes to better serve clients
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary : 15k-22k

Location : Faridabad , Haryana

Experience : 6 months to 2 yrs

Candidate must be graduate and have experience in bpo
