Responsibilities:
• Prospect and cold-call potential customers to generate leads and initiate sales conversations.
• Engage with customers via phone calls to understand their needs, address inquiries, and promote our services effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to foster long-term partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas within specified timeframes.
• Utilize sales techniques and strategies to overcome objections and persuade customers to make purchases.
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and terms of sales.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
