The Jitin Chawla Centre for Career Development is seeking a Telecounselor to join their team. The Telecounselor will be responsible for getting career counseling and guidance to students over the phone. Responsibilities include conducting client connects, and getting clients onboard for conducting assessments to determine students' career goals, providing information about various career paths and educational opportunities, and assisting students in creating action plans to achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of career development principles, and the ability to adapt to the needs of diverse student populations. This is an in-office position that offers an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students.

Job Description

- Conducting outbound calls to career counseling clients
- Providing information on available career development services
- Assisting clients in setting career goals and developing action plans
- Documenting all client interactions in a CRM system
- Following up with clients to ensure progress towards goals
- Collaborating with career counselors to provide comprehensive support
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment
- Meeting performance metrics and quality standards as outlined by management.
