Job Description
- Handle incoming calls from interested clients and provide necessary information about our services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Schedule appointments for sales team members and ensure timely follow-ups
- Update and maintain client database with accurate information
- Meet daily and weekly targets for number of calls made and appointments set
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to better serve clients
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving telecalling processes
- Assist in other sales and marketing activities as needed.
