Job Description
- Responsible for providing personal care and assistance to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help residents with mobility and transferring to and from bed, wheelchair, or other equipment
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the nursing staff
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Engage in social interactions and activities with residents to promote their overall well-being
- Follow all policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of care for residents
- Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive care for residents
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Must have a compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
