Qlic Automations is seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services, and generate leads for our sales team. The Telecaller will also handle incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries and provide information about our offerings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing company.
Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about Qlic Automations products
- Respond to inbound calls from customers and provide information or resolve queries
- Keep accurate records of all calls made and follow up with customers as necessary
- Meet weekly and monthly call targets set by management
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to support sales efforts
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Work in a team-oriented environment to achieve company goals
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to phone etiquette and customer interactions
