Planway is seeking a Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching our products and services, and persuading them to make purchases or schedule appointments. The Telecaller will also handle incoming calls from customers, address their queries, and provide information about our offerings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and the ability to work towards sales targets. Job Description

- Make cold calls to potential customers to promote insurance products
- Achieve sales targets by effectively pitching and selling insurance policies
- Provide consultation to customers on selecting the right insurance plans
- Handle incoming calls from existing customers and address their queries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Develop and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads and opportunities
- Stay updated on current insurance laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Utilize strong communication and persuasion skills to close sales deals
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.
