Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Execute outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for Standard Chartered Bank's diverse range of banking products.
2. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation targets to contribute to the overall business objectives.
3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their financial needs and providing information on relevant banking solutions.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and lead status using the designated systems.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Standard Chartered Bank's products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
