- Make outbound calls to potential customers

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies
- Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on products and services
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth.
