Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch Digital Rupaiya's financial products and services.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels to provide information and answer queries.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records accurately.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for call volumes and conversion rates.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and maximize lead generation.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and professionalism in all interactions.
