Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products and services
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and provide information
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and complaints in a professional manner
- Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Utilize CRM software to input and track customer data
- Work closely with team members to ensure overall success in meeting business objectives
