Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain and promote Artha India's services.
- Persuade customers to join our network.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Achieve targets for calls and conversions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Telecaller or in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary: ₹6,000 - ₹17,000 a month
