Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and update lists of individual’s contact details.
- Pull the data from social media account and from online platforms and from executive CRM.
- Call active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of plans.
- Address client’s uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Note important details of each conversation.
- Communicate verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for losing.
- Explain the product plans convince them to take the product plan and close the deals on call itself.
- Record all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Attend regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance related expectations.
