Job Description
We seek an enthusiastic telecaller to generate sales over the phone and maintaining customer relationships. Must be an excellent communicator with strong people skills, comfortable presenting products/services, and handling complaints.
Key responsibilities-
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using scripts.
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
- Provide products /service information and address questions.
- Follow up on leads and manage customer data in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telecalling, customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to learn and explain products /services.
- Proficient in Hindi,English; additional languages are a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including MS office and CRM software.
- High school diploma ,relevant degree is a plus.

- Persuasive speaking and negotiation.
- Time management and customer -oriented approach.
