Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests.
  • Understand client needs and proactively address concerns to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Communication and Negotiation:
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their goals and objectives.
  • Negotiate agreements and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to clients on products, services, and industry trends.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Address and resolve client issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
  • Client Retention:
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and prevent customer churn.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze data and provide insights to help shape the organization's strategic direction.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach in client management.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams based on client interactions and needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
