As a Tele Sales representative, you will be responsible for selling products or services over the phone to potential customers. Your primary duty will be to make outbound calls to leads, pitch our offerings, address any inquiries, and close sales. You will also be required to maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, as well as customer needs and market trends. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, have a friendly and upbeat attitude, and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. This position offers a competitive salary and commission structure.
Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
- Utilize scripts to effectively pitch products and services
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer questions
- Set appointments for sales representatives
- Meet daily and weekly sales targets
- Follow up with customers to close sales
- Keep detailed records of all interactions
- Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve overall performance
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
