- Make cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services
- Work towards monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular follow-up calls
- Understand client needs and offer solutions that fit their requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Update CRM system with client interactions and sales progress
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth sales processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and research
