- Make outbound calls to potential Users(Doctors) from the database provided
- Address inbound inquiries and provide information about Products & Services.
- Schedule appointments of Doctors for Sales team
- Follow up with clients for closure
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and appointments
- Meet daily and monthly call targets set by management
- Collaborate with team members to improve call scripts and processes
- Strive to improve communication skills and sales techniques.
