Job Description
1. Handle the outbound calls and incoming calls.
Follow up of students for applications and closing the lead till application is complete
2. Must know how to work in google excel sheets and CRM or LMS.
3. Provide Comprehensive counselling to students regarding courses, admissions requirements, entrance exam.
4. Guide them on the course for them according to their profile and explain the benefit of the product and why it is best suited for them.
Mandatory:
1. Must have good communication.
2. Prior experience in similar role is must.
