Job Description
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with customers.
- Deliver scripted sales pitches to customers in a persuasive manner.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns.
- Generate leads and gather customer information by asking relevant questions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Document all call information and customer interactions accurately.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Follow all company policies and procedures on tele-calling and data protection.
