We are seeking a talented Tele calling Executive to join our team at Tele caller. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential customers to generate leads and promote our products or services. The Tele calling Executive must have excellent communication skills, a confident and persuasive phone manner, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers. Duties will also include following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and updating the customer database with relevant information. Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company products/services
- Follow scripts and talk tracks provided by management to ensure consistency and quality of calls
- Build relationships with customers through effective communication and establish rapport
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update information in the database
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
- Meet daily and weekly call targets as set by the team lead or manager
- Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and ensure smooth handover
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively pitch to customers
- Work well in a team environment and contribute to team success
- Demonstrate professionalism, patience, and empathy while interacting with customers.
