Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote ViaMOD Solution's products and services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Provide information to customers about products, pricing, and promotions
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company during calls
- Update customer information in the database accurately
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and KPIs set by the company
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a cohesive work environment
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
