The Tele caller position at ViaMOD Solution Private Limited requires making outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce them to company products and services. Tele callers will be responsible for following a script, answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, and updating customer records in the company database. Excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, proactive, and have a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred. Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote ViaMOD Solution's products and services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Provide information to customers about products, pricing, and promotions
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company during calls
- Update customer information in the database accurately
- Meet daily and weekly call targets and KPIs set by the company
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure a cohesive work environment
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
