- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries or complaints
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the products or services being offered
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients
- Keep detailed records of all calls and customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products or services
- Meet individual and team targets for call volume and sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure positive customer experience
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion rates
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate with customers.
