- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Provide information about the company's products and services
- Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Maintain customer database by updating information regularly
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Meet daily and weekly targets for calls made and appointments set
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective calling scripts
- Utilize CRM system to track progress and record important customer details
- Attend training sessions to improve communication and sales skills
- Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls efficiently
