Plenway Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The Tele caller will need to have excellent communication skills, a polite and professional demeanor, and the ability to persuade individuals to take action. Experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but not required. Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the services offered by Plenway Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
- Provide information about the product, answer questions, and address any concerns customers may have.
- Update customer information in the database during and after each call.
- Follow up with customers who have shown interest in the services to ensure customer satisfaction and close the sale.
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas to contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and potential opportunities for growth.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge to increase effectiveness in selling services.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate efforts and achieve sales targets.
- Work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment to drive results and achieve personal and team goals.

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 a month
