As a Tele caller at Onbiz IN, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services. You will be expected to engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing information about our offerings and answering any questions they may have. Additionally, you will be tasked with scheduling appointments for our sales team and maintaining accurate records of all communication with customers. Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Provide information about company products and services
- Set appointments for sales representatives
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve strategies
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies
- Work towards achieving sales targets and goals

Shift: Night shift (5pm-2am)
