Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our internet solutions
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and follow up with them regularly
- Provide information about our products and services, and answer any questions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for number of calls and sales
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
- Continuously improve knowledge of our products and industry trends
- Participate in training sessions to enhance selling skills
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
