As a Tele Caller at Insight Customer Call Solutions LTD, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and pitching various products and services. Your main goal will be to generate sales leads and appointments for the sales team. Excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role. Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products or services
- Follow scripts provided to ensure consistency in messaging
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant information or solutions
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives
- Handle objections and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Utilize persuasive communication techniques to generate interest and drive sales
