Endless Properties is seeking a highly motivated Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients to promote our real estate services, schedule property viewings, and assist with client inquiries. The Tele Caller will also update client records in our database and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a confident phone manner, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Follow up with interested clients to provide additional information and answer any questions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team member for resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
