Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information about our products/services, address customer inquiries, and work towards achieving assigned targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Calling:
- Make and answer calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and explain company products/services.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Generate leads by identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer queries, complaints, or concerns effectively and professionally.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and details.
- Update CRM systems or databases regularly.
Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or a related field (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in [specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
Customer Handling: Polite, persuasive, and empathetic approach toward customers.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, basic computer knowledge, and MS Office tools.
Problem Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-resolution skills.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
